I have been a loyal Toyota driver for the last ten years and have been very satisfied with the vehicles I have purchased. I am sold on Toyota. I go to Cardenas (Harlingen) for service on my vehicle because I reside in Harlingen.
I would like to commend Service Consultant Anna Villegas for her excellent customer service. I have known her for as long as I have had my first Toyota. She has always been very professional and makes sure that when I leave I am satisfied with the service. I had not seen her at Cardenas for a while and at my last visit in January, she told me she had moved but was now back in the Valley. I have always been pleased with the attention that she gives me when I come by for service. Come to mention, the times I have been there, no one offered to wash/vacuum my car but this last time, Ms. Villegas did. That made me feel good, as a long time customer, that is a little perk that I appreciate.
It always makes a customer feel good when he/she receives attentive, personal service like the kind I get when Ms. Villegas is there. I think your company is lucky to have an employee such as Ms. Villegas. She is truly an asset to Cardenas Auto Group and I certainly will keep coming back to your business for service. Thank You.

We bought a Scion a little
over a year ago and have had it in for
the normal 5k service on four
occasions. As a career and technology
teacher for 22 years, I
continually emphasize to my students that there are
employers are looking for
more than just job specific technical skills.
Skills such as enthusiasm,
good communication, responsiveness, honesty
and productivity are all
highly valued by employers.
When I meet an employee that
excels in these areas, I like to make a
point of making sure that
person is recognized. Of all car service professionals
I have met over the years,
your employee, Nydia Gonzalez, is one of the most
outstanding. Her customer service on a scale of 1 to 10 is
a 20! Not only
is she enthusiastic, friendly
and responsive to customers, but she does it with
incredible efficiency.
You probably wish you could duplicate her level of energy
in all your staff (this is
not to say that your other staff is lacking, but rather Nydia
demonstrates an incredible
level of energy). She take the initiative, looks for ways
to go the extra mile and
always tries to maker sure that your customers have a positive
experience. If
she can't provide an answer, she immediately looks for someone who can.
Again, I want to compliment
Toyota for excellent service and emphasize again what
and outstanding employee you have in Nydia.
Wow! What a surprise! I did not expect to be treated so
well and so competently.
When I took my beloved Toyota in to be checked for an oil leak last week,
I assumed I would have to pay for something or at least be told I had $500
worth of other problems with the car.
What happened was that I was greeted warmly, told exactly what was
wrong with the car, that it was under waranty and I would not have to pay for
anything, how long it would take to repair and then when the car was ready, I
was introduced to the service man who made the repairs and walked to my
car. Walked to my car. Amazing.
I commend Cardenas Toyota and Nydia Gonzales for their professionalism
and courtesy and will recommend them to all.
